The Five Fingered Fist Society is a traditional-style Chinese Kenpo self-defense school founded in 1992. Students receive authentic instruction taught from a manual that dates back to 1959. Sifu McGhee empowers students to use this ancient fighting art to conquer modern-day physical and mental challenges. The system focuses on the original five animal forms of Chuan Fa (Chinese boxing), an approach that benefits mind, body and spirit. Students receive personal attention, and learn at their own pace. Classes take place at Chu'an Fa Martial Arts Academy, Professor Chris Hutchings, owner. Session structure, timeframe and prices vary.
